Information we collect

• Age confirmation. When you confirm you are 21 or older, we store a small cookie on your device so we don’t ask again for 30 days. It contains no personal information.
• Contact form. If you send us a message, we receive your name, email address, optional phone number, topic and message. We use this only to reply to you and keep a record of the conversation.
• Online ordering. Our menu and ordering are provided by Dutchie. Information you enter when you browse, create an account or place an order is collected by Dutchie under its own privacy policy and shared with us to fill your order.
• Wellness Rewards. If you join our Wellness Rewards program in store or at checkout, we use the information you provide to run the program, with help from the service provider that operates it for us.
• Maps and social media. Pages with an embedded Google Map, and links to Instagram or Facebook, may let those companies set their own cookies under their policies.
• Analytics. We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are popular. This uses cookies and collects device and usage information, not your name.

How we use information

We use information to respond to you, fill pickup orders, run our rewards program, improve the website, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations. We don’t sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the website, ordering and rewards (such as our web host, Dutchie and our rewards program provider), or when the law requires it.

Your choices

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you delete the age cookie, we’ll ask you to confirm your age again.

Adults only
